Missourians to Abolish the Death Penalty (MADP) is a coalition of chapters and individuals working to reform Missouri's criminal justice system by:
  • Organizing opposition to the death penalty
  • Working with legislators to pass laws supportive of moratorium and abolition
  • Educating Missourians on death penalty issues
  • Monitoring death penalty activities
  • Advocating alternatives to the death penalty
  • Supporting death row inmates and their families, as well as families of murder victims
